These Terms govern use of quadrapost.com and app.quadrapost.com, operated by CleverByte Technologies Pvt Ltd ("QuadraPost", "we"). By creating an account or purchasing access you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
QuadraPost generates advertising content (images and video) from product photographs and business inputs you provide, drafts captions, and — on paid plans — publishes and schedules content to social accounts you connect (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Business Profile) and reports performance analytics for it. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18+ and authorized to act for the business you register. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Plans, credits, and quotas
- Credits are consumed by content generation (image campaigns, single regenerations, video renders) at the rates shown in-app. Credits renew monthly on subscription plans, do not roll over unless stated, and have no cash value.
- Publishing quotas (posts per month), platform limits, scheduling, and AI caption allowances are plan features, not credit-based, and are enforced per your current plan.
- Top-up packs add credits only; they do not extend publishing quotas.
- Annual plans bill yearly at the stated price; credits and quotas are granted monthly over the term.
- We may update plan pricing and features prospectively; active subscriptions keep their agreed price for their current term, and grandfathered offers keep their stated terms.
4. Your content and inputs
You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process it for providing the Service (including transmission to our processors and, when you publish, to the destination platforms). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload — including product images, brand assets, text, and any likenesses — and for the legality and accuracy of offers and claims in your ads.
5. Generated content
Subject to payment, we assign to you our interest in the generated outputs for your business use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use or publication — including prices, offer text, and product representations. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or visual deviations; review and regeneration tools are provided for this purpose.
6. Social publishing
- Publishing requires connecting accounts you own or are authorized to manage, via each platform's official authorization flow.
- Your published content must comply with the destination platform's terms, community guidelines, and advertising rules; you are solely responsible for that compliance and for the consequences of publication.
- Platforms may reject, remove, or restrict content, change their APIs, or revoke access; we are not liable for platform-side actions, outages, or changes. Scheduled posts require the account to remain connected at the scheduled time.
- We may suspend publishing (globally or per account) to protect the Service, comply with platform requirements, or address abuse.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security, resell access, abuse rate limits, or misuse other tenants' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failed subscription renewals may lead to plan downgrade or suspension after notice. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Availability and support
We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Support is provided per your plan level. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform-side actions described in Section 6.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel renewals at any time; Section 3 governs what remains usable until period end. We may terminate for material breach. On account deletion, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
